What we collect and why

When you book a repair or reserve a product, we collect your name, email, phone number and the details you write (vehicle, problem, notes). We use this only to arrange and confirm your appointment or reservation and to contact you about it. If you ask to be notified when a product is back in stock, we keep your email address for that single message. Bookings made by WhatsApp or phone are entered into the same system by the owner, with the same protections. Legal basis: taking steps at your request in the course of a service (contract).

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language, and a login cookie for the shop owner's admin area. These are strictly necessary. The Google map on this site only loads after you click to display it — only then may Google set its own cookies.

Who we share it with

We send confirmation and reminder emails through Resend (our email provider). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and reservation details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal/accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time — just contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
